How it works

Email support.quietcraftsmanclub@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what's wrong. That's it. Once approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In most cases you don't need to ship anything back. If the item arrived wrong or defective, send a photo instead.

What's covered

•       Print defects — misprints, wrong design, or print cracking or peeling on arrival

What isn't

•       Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

•       Items returned worn, washed, or altered

•       Print wear from washing and use over time

•       Final sale or clearance items

For change-of-mind refunds we ask that the item be unworn and unwashed. We take your word for it.

Printed to order

Every shirt is printed individually when you order it, not pulled from a bin. Print placement can vary by up to about half an inch, and colour on screen won't match cotton exactly. That's the process working as intended, not a defect — though if it bothers you, the 30 days still apply.

Exchanges

We don't run direct exchanges. If you need a different size, request a refund and place a new order — it's faster than routing one through us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production, usually within 12 hours. After that the shirt exists, but the 30-day guarantee still covers you.
