Minor variation in print placement and colour is inherent to the process and expected. We cannot guarantee that your device's screen will accurately reflect the finished product.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

•       The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

•       You are authorized to use the payment method provided

•       Your order is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed prior to completing your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Quiet Craftsman Club ships from Canada to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Quiet Craftsman Club is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

For cross-border shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee covering change of mind, incorrect size ordered, wrong items received, damaged or defective products, and significant print defects. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and items must be unworn and unwashed for change-of-mind refunds.
